The Steps

1. Spin a player. Each spin draws one random current (2025-26) NHL player and reveals their ratings across all ten abilities.
2. Bank one skill. Pick a single ability from that player to lock into your build — usually their strongest.
3. Fill all ten slots. Repeat until every ability is filled. You can't use the same player twice.
4. Use your re-spins. Don't like a draw? You get 3 re-spins per game to roll a different player.
5. Get your Overall. Your final rating is the average of your ten banked skills — chase the highest score.

• Bank each player's highest available rating — the best skills are highlighted in green.
• Save your re-spins for genuinely weak draws; burning them too early leaves you stuck late.
• Superstars carry one elite signature skill — grab it and move on.
• You only need one great skill per player, so spread your picks across positions and roles.
